Carlos Moro & Mario Sandoval launches VINESENTI, a range of products made from grape for cooking

The prestigious chef Mario Sandoval and the distinguished winemaker Carlos Moro have launched a new range of products under the name ‘VINESENTI by Carlos Moro & Mario Sandoval’. They have extracted the essence of the grapes for cooking.

VINESENTI uses grapes as its main raw material, coming from two Spanish regions with a long standing tradition in wine-making: Ribera del Duero and Rueda.

This natural product is rich in antioxidants and it is the result of years of research in the laboratories of AbroBiotec, a company from Valladolid (Spain) specialized in the biotechnology industry (owned by Matarromera).

Every pack of Vinesenti (250 grams) contains the extract of 90 kilos of grapes, selected in these two Spanish wine regions. It is extracted from the skins of grapes pressed once after the winemaking process, using a unique extraction system internationally patented by Matarromera.

The research has been developed for more than four years, carried out by Carlos Moro and Mario Sandoval, as they have achieved an innovative challenge that creates experiences and emotions in the kitchen.

VINESENTI is a range of products made from this grape polyphenol extract. These products have been designed to enhance and enrich cooking recipes. It adds color, flavour and aroma to the food. At the same time, VINESENTI preserves food oxidation, prolonging the products life.

VINESENTI can be added before, during or after the recipe enriching dishes with new sensory properties: different textures, flavors, aromas and colors. Vinesenti provides freshness, slight acidity, flavors as cocoa and cereals, sweet tannins, fruity sensations, mouthfeel, smooth bitterness and slight astringency. It also gives a high polyphenol content of grapes, so it provides the antioxidant action against cellular aging.
